Through purchasing, you agree to the following:

This offer is non-refundable, and if you are using a payment plan you agree to pay it fully. 

Any concepts, trainings, sequences, codes or quotes that Crystal shares are CRYSTAL LLC's Intellectual Property. You can not repurpose, duplicate, copy, share or sell any of the content, without CRYSTAL LLC's written permission.

We take pride in the clients we works with. It is important to Us to work with those who have passion, a desire to succeed, and take personal responsibility for achieving their goals. You agree that your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

Keeping accurate business records;

Being prepared for scheduled meetings;

Maintaining a positive attitude;

Obtaining independent legal and accounting advice.

If you do not meet your responsibilities, you agree that our relationship shall immediately come to an end, no refund shall be provided for any unused access and or remaining appointments.

All accounts are due when billed, any outstanding amounts owing will bear interest at the rate of 10% per year.

PAYMENTS:

All amounts charged by Crystal are to be in USD funds.

You agree that you shall have no right to set-off any amounts that you may believe is owing to you.

You hereby agree that you will not dispute any charges processed, regardless of method, including but not limited to : Paypal, Stripe, credit card, bank transfer, etc. If at any time you believe you have a claim for reimbursement, your sole remedy shall be through the methods outlined elsewhere in this Agreement.

You understand there are no guarantees and that any testimonials of clients do not represent your individual circumstances. Therefore their results may not be applicable to you. You choose to work with Crystal at your own conscious free will, fully comprehending the financial risks in your own individual circumstances.

I understand that my Coach will protect my information as required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If I report abuse, neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if my Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, he will do so to the extent the law requires.

For legal purposes, I understand that coaching is currently an unregulated industry and that my Coach is not “licensed “ by any USA body even though the sessions may take place in the USA.
